Instagram Ads Using Facebook Reach Wider Audiences
Facebook Graph Search
How does Graph Search work?
Graph Search results are personalized for you, just like News Feed is unique to you. For example, if you search for Photos of Tokyo, you’ll see photos friends took in Tokyo and shared with you, as well as Public photos related to Tokyo.
This means if 2 people search “Photos of my friends in Tokyo,” they’re going to see different results.
Who can find your stuff?
It all depends on which audience you choose. So if a photo is set to:
- Only Me = no one else can find it in search
- Friends = friends will see it in their search results
- Public = anyone who searches for it can find it
Graph Search is now available for English (US) audiences. If you don’t have Graph Search yet, you can still manage what you share with others.
Remember that you can always review stuff you’ve shared on Facebook, change the audience for your own content, and ask others to remove photos or other posts.
Graph search is an in depth way to find exactly what you are looking for on Facebook. You can search for things such as photos, people, businesses, movies, brands, and general topics. You can then narrow it down even further using location, dates, etc.
Graph search will also give you recommendations as you start typing in what your are going to search for.
