What’s New For 2014
After looking back on 2013 (you can read that blog here: CLICK HERE), I am excited for what 2014 has to bring. I fully understand that there will be many surprises in 2014, but I thought I would talk about some of the things that MarkUBiz has already done to set 2014 up to be a great year![divider style=”medium”] [spacer height=”10px”]
New Programs & Services
Towards the end of 2013 we completely revamped all of our services. We are always changing and adapting to the industry, but these changes were much larger than the day-to-day changes that we make. We added new services based on client feedback and adjusted other services to fill some of the holes that we saw or that were brought to our attention. These new programs are focused on remaining transparent about what your marketing program is doing for you and on providing flexibility in your marketing. Behind The Scenes Changes
Something that you can’t see is the behind the scenes changes that we have made in the last 30 days. We have moved to a different CRM and project management tool to help increase our efficiency and improve our follow through during both the sales and production processes.[divider style=”medium”] [spacer height=”10px”]
New Ticket System
One of the biggest changes moving into 2014 is the addition of a ticket support system. If you are a current client you should have been sent an email asking you to setup your password for this system. This ticket system will allow for easier submission and tracking of any requests that our clients may have. It will also allow for better tracking of past requests so that all involved can revisit older tickets and make sure all of the requests were made. In addition, we will be rolling out other features within this system in the coming months. More Transparency & Better Reporting
One of our goals at MarkUBiz for 2014 is to continue to remain as transparent as possible about the services that we offer. One way that we are doing this, is by providing advanced reporting for our clients. This will allow our clients to better understand what their web presence is really doing (or not doing) for them.
